Shining Knight Training is a Technology Training business. We started training in Southern Alberta in 2008, and in February 2009 opened our store and classroom in Cardston.
The owner is Keith Woolston-Young. Keith was a full time software developer for seventeen years, and for ten years he owned Refresh Computers, where he built and upgraded computer hardware and troubleshot client problems. For three years he also operated TechCorps Onsite Technical Services Inc. where he provided instruction and on-site troubleshooting and repairs of computers. He has worked as a software installer/trainer, and managed retail computer stores in the past, starting in 1985. He has extensive technical knowledge in the computer field starting in 1980.
Shining Knight Training offers training on computer applications. Whether the student has never used a computer or is looking to learn a new application we have courseware for them.
Over the years of involvement in the computer industry Keith spent much of his time explaining how computer software and technology works. This became formalized while teaching classes for adults and seniors in 2005-2007, where he found great fulfilment teaching people to use and enjoy their computers.
