Shining Knight is dedicated to helping you solve your technology problems. We also want you to become
self sufficient and able to solve things on your own, if you want to. To that end we offer some simple guides to
fix common problems. If they do not help with your specific problem, or for whatever reason you would rather we fix it for you, do not hesitate to call us or request service. If you were to tell me that things were working fine and then stopped, my first question to you will be What did you change? If you know what you changed, change it back and see if things work fine again. Remember there is nothing
wrong with your computer that cannot be fixed by buying a new one. (Hopefully that should relieve some stress.)
